Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders within Greece, with rates starting
at €1.50. We also offer free shipping for all domestic orders over €50.
International shipping rates vary based on the destination and weight of the package. We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders to EU countries, with rates starting at €28.00. We also offer free shipping for all orders for EU countries over €150.
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders to Cyprus, with rates starting at €8.00. We also offer free shipping for all orders for Cyprus over €150.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all domestic and international orders, with delivery times ranging from 2-5 business days within Greece, and up to 10 business days for international orders.
Tracking and Insurance: All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure that your package arrives safely and securely. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to the following countries: the US, UK, RUSSIA, CHINA, and INDIA. Additionally, we cannot ship any items containing precious or semi-precious stones to countries where it is prohibited by law.
Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product.
Returns and Exchanges: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. Customers are responsible for the
cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item.
